COVID19 Updates


On behalf of our entire family of restaurants, we want to thank you for your support during the past couple of months. We are grateful that you have continued to bring us to your family’s table and have enjoyed being a part of various celebrations, albeit from a distance. Because of your support through our takeout and gift card offerings, we have been able to extend health benefits to our employees and keep income flowing for much of our staff. We sincerely appreciate your vast loyalty and look forward to hosting you at our restaurants again soon.

From the beginning of the pandemic, we have continued to prioritize the health and well-being of our employees and guests. As we enter phased reopening plans in our various markets, we want to inform you of the practices and safety protocols we are following to ensure our restaurants remain a safe place to work and dine. Below is a list of policies and operations that our restaurants will be following as our dining rooms have reopened at reduced capacity.

We kindly ask that you refrain from visiting our restaurants if you have any symptoms (coughing, shortness of breath, sore throat, vomiting or diarrhea), if you have had a fever of 100.4 in the past 48hrs, or if you have been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID19. Additionally, we request your participation in our social distancing practices to safeguard our employees and guests. Thank you for your assistance in this matter!

  • Restaurants will follow all local guidelines in accordance to specified capacity rates and safety protocols.
  • Bar top service will remain closed at some locations until further notice. Locations offering bar seating must be spaced appropriately from fellow diners.
  • Employees are required to undergo a series of health screening questions before entering the building. Those showing any signs of symptoms or fever are prohibited from entering the restaurant.
  • Tables are seated with appropriate social distancing guidelines and/or barriers between tables.
  • Employees are required to wear protective masks at all locations.
  • Per local ordinances, guests in select markets are required to wear protective masks when entering and moving about the restaurant. Masks may be removed only when seated.
  • Per local ordinances, guests in select markets are asked to provide a name and phone number upon arrival in the event it is needed for contact tracing. All personal information is securely stored and only given to the local health department to contact guests if a positive COVID case is identified
  • Tables, chairs, and high chairs are sanitized and tablecloths are changed after every use.
  • High-touch areas such as doorknobs, screens, restrooms, etc. are sanitized frequently throughout each shift.
  • Condiments and pens are available upon request and are sanitized after every use.
  • Silverware is rolled and stored in a lid-secured bin.
  • Antibacterial soap and hand sanitizer is readily available for employees and guests throughout the restaurant.
  • Requiring employees to store cell phones in plastic bags in our office during shifts.
  • Employees are provided proper training and guidance on safety protocols and steps to minimize the spread of COVID19.
  • Live music is discontinued until further notice.

We will continue to closely monitor the recommendations of local health departments and authorities to ensure we are serving you in the safest way possible.
