Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
etch Restaurant, by Chef Deb Paquette, is hiring Full-Time Lead Line Cooks for our new location opening soon in Franklin. You must have at least two years line cook experience in a chef driven, high volume, fine dining restaurant and the ability to perform complex recipes in a fast paced environment. Weekday and weekend availability is a must. Qualified candidates must be willing to train at our downtown Nashville location. If this sounds like you, please continue reading:

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for someone who can bring a positive attitude to the back of house team and ensure our kitchen operations run smoothly, food safety and sanitation standards are being upheld, and workspaces are kept clean and organized. The ideal candidate will also possess the following skills:

– Prepare dishes and according to recipes with accuracy and consistency
– Previous cooking experience in a fast paced kitchen environment
– Comfortable standing for long periods of time
– Attention to detail
– Strong knife skills
– Ability to prioritize and follow direction
– AM & PM shifts available
