Fresh seafood, steaks, po’ boys and oysters
Energetic and casual
Saltine is a modern restaurant and bar featuring a wide selection of fresh seafood, po’ boys, steaks, salads and oysters. Named after the popular cracker often served with oysters, Saltine focuses on Southern-influenced cuisine inspired by Louisiana and Mississippi. The original Saltine debuted in Jackson, MS in 2014, receiving accolades in Bon Appetit’s “Top 50 Best New Restaurants” distinction, along with coverage in Garden & Gun and Southern Living as one of the region’s hottest dining options.
Both Saltine establishments offer private dining space, lunch and dinner daily, and brunch on the weekends. These restaurants’ progressive beverage programs feature an extensive selection of craft beers, wines by the glass and bottle, specialty craft cocktails, and an impressive collection of rums and whiskeys. The restaurants highlight vintage accents for an understated nautical theme, giving both spaces a fun and inviting vibe for guests to relax and socialize.
