Etch is a globally-inspired restaurant by award-winning chef Deb Paquette. After more than a decade of serving guests its eclectic dishes and five-star service in the heart of Nashville, etch will open its second location in The Factory at Franklin in 2024.
Both locations offer private dining, a full bar, and a chef’s bar overlooking the open kitchen, giving guests a look into chef Deb’s culinary prowess and entertainment as diners savor her cuisine. Etch’s menu incorporates innovative dishes inspired by her favorite regions of the world to leave a lasting impression, or etch, on every diner.
A wine list with over 80 choices is available, along with high gravity local beers and hand-crafted signature cocktails. The restaurant’s minimalistic décor is grounded with the basic elements of metal, wood and concrete, lending the food to be the focal point of the dining experience.
